From the moment we stepped into The Tropical Grill, I was transported to the vibrant heart of Latin America. The warm, inviting atmosphere, filled with the lively sounds of Spanish culture and the rich aroma of traditional spices, immediately set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. We started with the empanadas, with a savory blend of beef, pork or chicken and potatoes. For the main course, we had The Tostones dipper and The Venezuelan Patacon. Overall, The Grill is a true gem. It's a place where you can experience the authentic flavors of Latin America, warm hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Colombian food or a curious newcomer, this restaurant is sure to leave you wanting more. I highly recommend it!

First time coming here it’s a really nice adorable spot in small town of spruce pine. Food was delicious, owners so kind. This place deserves more attention food is so good had the Ropa Vieja and the Montego Bay jerk chicken with mango and slaw if you like spice the montego bay sandwich is amazing had my eyebrows sweating.

Thought I would try something different and got the Colombian Salad. Wow! What a delight. A very healthy portion was served. I added Jerk Chicken for a little kick. The sweet sauce and plantains made a great offset. There are so many items in this salad. The quality of ingredients is top notch. We sat outside and watched the local traffic as we ate in the shade, very comfortable.

We got several items on the menu and everything was very delicious. We have a pretty seasoned palette and they met our needs. They even accommodated some taste and change requests for our little one. Def give it a try! We will be back next time we’re in town

If you want some delicious food accompanied with a wonderful atmosphere look no further! Honestly the best food in Mitchell county. You will not find a menu more diverse from burgers to the Churasco platter (My favorite included in the photos) the owner is super nice and the wait staff is very polite thanks Kevin and Bentley for the great service. I 100% will be back as often as I can. This restaurant is very cozy offering indoor and outdoor dining. Also a fun selection of bags and knives!

I'm always looking for a good Cuban Sandwich and found one here. The salsa served with the chips was awesome. If you come, you must try that. We purchased some to-go as well. The side Bean salad was delicious and that's not something I would typically order. Service was excellent; the chef is available for questions. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying something else. I was also digging the background music. Can't go wrong with Toby Mac!

Had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Grilled Chicken Salad. Her sanitation grade is 100 and you could definitely tell. Place was very clean. Food was delicious. Prices were high but worth it. Lady server was very sweet as well.

I recently visited The Tropical Grill, and was absolutely delighted by their pork sandwich. The Cuban pulled pork, grilled with onions and served on a bun, was incredibly flavorful and tender. The sandwich came with a side of fries and a pickle, making it a satisfying and well-rounded meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s clear that they take pride in their food and service. The menu offers a variety of options, but the pork sandwich stood out as a highlight. If you’re in the area and craving something delicious, I highly recommend stopping by The Tropical Grill.
